Monitor the financial performance of programs and events, preparing detailed reports on budget status, revenue forecasts, and expenditures.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote sports programs and events, enhancing visibility and driving attendance.

Who are we looking for?
Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in program coordination, event management, or revenue management within a sports or events environment.
Strong background in financial management, with a proven track record of achieving budget targets and increasing revenue.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience supervising and motivating teams.
Knowledge of best practices in sports program management and event coordination.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
