Hong Yip was awarded the “Grand Prize Award” under the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” organized by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) at the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” Presentation Ceremony 2024, taking place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 6 August 2024. It is also an honour for us to have won the "Super MD Award" for nine consecutive years.

Over the years, we have rendered unwavering support for various training and collaboration initiatives of ERB, fostering industry collaboration and contributing to our society. Our collaborations include providing internships and employment opportunities for ERB trainees from a wide variety of programs, and joining hands with ERB and designated training bodies to nurture talent through the “Hire and Train Scheme”, “Tailor-made Programme” and “One-stop Training and Employment Scheme”, etc, so as to encourage the latent workforce to enter the labour market.

Moving forward, Hong Yip will continue to adhere to our “people-oriented” corporate philosophy, fostering talent development and advocating continuous learning, in order to cultivate professional property management practitioners, enhance the manpower development in the property and management industry as well as to help different age groups integrate into the workforce community.
