Qualifications and programmes recognised under the Qualifications Framework

  • Since June 2010, Hong Yip has been accredited by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications and has become the first property management company to be qualified to offer Qualifications Framework (Competency-Based) Level 1 to 4 courses
  • Hong Yip has successfully offered more than 20 accredited Qualifications Framework courses and issued thousands of accredited diplomas/certificates, the highest number in the industry
  • In 2022, Hong Yip became the first and only property management company in the industry to apply for the "Advanced Diploma in Integrated Property Services Management (Qualifications Framework Level 4)" and was approved

     by the "Property Management Industry Regulatory Authority" as a "Specified Qualification for Property Management Personnel (Level 2) Licence", setting an example for the industry

  • Since the launch of the "Recognition of Prior Learning" mechanism in March 2013, Hong Yip has become the company with the most employees with recognized qualifications in the industry and even in various industries through this mechanism

In addition to “Succession Planning” for Senior Management which helps to identify successors of senior leaders, we also established Talent Development Programme to cultivate potential employees and enhance the talent pool to support the sustainability and continuously growth of business. In order to achieve company’s direction and needs of top talent, we continue to design tailor-made training plan including developing Competency Assessment Tool, establishing Meeting with Management session, and delivering training programmes such as Elite Leadership Development Programme, Team Building Workshops, e-Learning programmes, Management skills programme and Project Management…etc.. We have established tailor-made "mentor system" and "senior mentor" training programs, with experienced and outstanding employees serving as mentors and senior mentors to provide targeted guidance, demonstrations and on-the-job internships to help employees adapt to the work environment and meet the company's requirements.
