Care for the Environment & Building Green Homes

Hong Yip revolutionarily introduces the idea of “Sustainable Green City Concept”, aiming to perfect the living environment. Other than a constant effort in urban greenery, we have implemented a set of rigorous eco-standards for our properties to improve environmental performance and energy efficiency, working to build a green, harmonious living conditions for our residents.

In order to step towards the goal of Carbon Zero by 2050, we have taken full consideration of the effects of climate change when setting energy management strategies. We also fully support wider initiatives such as the government’s “Hong Kong’s Climate Action Plan 2050”, “Energy Saving Plan for Hong Kong’s Built Environment 2015~2025+” and “Hong Kong Roadmap on Popularisation of Electric Vehicles”.
