What you’ll be doing?

  • Assist the Sports Development Manager in overseeing the coordination and execution of sports programs, social events, and tournaments, with a focus on revenue generation and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize participation and revenue from sports events and programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for sports events, including scheduling, venue management, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor the financial performance of programs and events, preparing detailed reports on budget status, revenue forecasts, and expenditures.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote sports programs and events, enhancing visibility and driving attendance.

  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new revenue opportunities and innovative program offerings.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff involved in program delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Act as a representative for GO PARK Sports at various events and community engagements, promoting our offerings and enhancing our brand presence.
Who are we looking for?
  • Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program coordination, event management, or revenue management within a sports or events environment.
  • Strong background in financial management, with a proven track record of achieving budget targets and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience supervising and motivating teams.
  • Knowledge of best practices in sports program management and event coordination.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
